1962 Fiat 1100 “Super Select” Car Cake -

This is my first car cake & I was quite nervous about doing this one,
as I was unable to source any blue-prints/scaled drawings,
so the cake had to be made entirely from photos & pictures.
The Cake is replica of the car my friend owns.

I was rather chuffed with how it turned out in the end!
The cake was small, and was hours and hours of work.
I worked on it over a 2-day period,
and every time I thought it was done,I found more details that needed to be added!

The cake is carved from Vanilla cake,islayered with ganache, and is all edible.
