Our church youth director celebrated her birthday with the fifty or so kids in the group. I went for super simple, decorating with cookies – which the kids liked better than the cakes! Two 3-layer cakes each, vanilla with vanilla buttercream and chocolate with ganache. Cookies were sugar with royal icing.
