This was a “trial run” cake that I took to a BBQ. Working on the “rustic look” as well as watching how cheesecake would hold up under they weight. It was a success! And quite yummy, if I do say so myself ;). Decorated with chocolate shavings and some leftover sunflowers (from another project). Cheesecake sandwiched between Red Velvet and covered in cream cheese buttercream.
