My son graduates from grade 6/primary school tonight so I decided to make a surprise cake for him and his fellow class members. It was a bit of a last minute decision! School colours are blue and red and I made their school logo out of fondant. All four tiers are choc mud (everybody’s favourite!!) filled with chocolate ganache and covered in buttercream.
