Helicopter complete with scale model (not really) of The Trafford Centre in Manchester – it’s close to the airfield where the present of a helicopter flight will take place!

Apologies for the ripple in the cake, I was using a banana frosting with the chocolate mousse cake. It tasted delicious but wasn’t the best cake filling for stability!!
