My customer wanted a Hot Pink/Lime Green, Lady Bug themed cake for her daughter’s 1st birthday. So this design is based on several other cakes I’ve seen online. Vanilla/Almond cake (10" & 8" tiers). The lady bug body was carved from a double layer 7 1/2 inch oval pan and the head is fondant.

I really enjoyed making this cake and since I got to attend the party, it was AWESOME getting to hear everyone’s comments about it :-)
