Was commissioned to make this for the 65th Anniversary of the Cora Barclay Centre here in Adelaide. It was a huge effort rolling covering everything but I was impressed with my efforts, as I’ve never done a cake this big before. This was a 13, 11, 9 and 7" “topsy turvy” cake (the sides aren’t angled but the tops are).
