This is my first Hello Kitty cake.

I didn’t have a Hello Kitty Pan so what I did was bake the cake in a square pan, make a cardboard tracer and presto, this was the outcome of my experiment!

After posting it in my FB cake page, a few of my friends started placing orders for the future…the second hello kitty cake coming up soon… :-)
