This was a Topsy Turvy/Mad Hatter style cake created for a very cool client who gave me a short brief and then finished with “do what you think will look amazing… I have complete trust in you”. I absolutely LOVED creating this cake – it featured a few learning curves (my first topsy turvy to say the least!) but I am so thrilled with final result. The cakes were rich chocolate with choc hazelnut creme, buttermilk vanilla with strawberry filling and red velvet with cheesecake style buttercream.
