Ian’s girlfriend asked me to make him a surprise 30th birthday cake. He’s a die-hard Altrincham Football Club fan and Claire explained there are more ‘glum’ faces than ‘celebratory’ faces when he gets home from the match. Tongue in cheek I decided to whip up the excitement of a game by having them win ‘THE CUP’, the excitement of the crowd as seen wrapped around the entire cake and give Ian a look of pure joy on his face.

I hear he loved the cake and as a bonus they actually won on his birthday!
