Disney Castle Cake

Here is my Disney Castle cake!

It consists of 3 tiers. The bottom tier was a 10" vanilla sponge with jam & buttercream, middle an 8" chocolate cake with chocolate fudge frosting and the top was a lemon cake with lemon swiss meringue buttercream.

Not only is it beautiful, it sounds delicious!! I have been studying castles lately since I have to do one in 2 months. Nothing as grand as yours mind you. Most out there are very poorly done. Yours is amazing in scale & architectural design. Absolutely love it!!
