A Lando Norris themed cake. My friends son loves F1 and especially McLaren and Lando Norris. The cake was vanilla sponge with buttercream and strawberry jam, covered in white chocolate ganache and McLaren orange fondant. The crash helmet was vanilla sponge cake and covered in white chocolate ganache and fondant. Then hand painted.
