Every year, as the summer period approaches, I propose to break away from cakes. No one, except those who work there, can understand what it means to work with the high temperatures we have here in Sicily, with the stucco that melts as you cover... with the sugar paste that exudes due to the strong humidity... And above all every year, with the heat, I always say to myself CURSING, ENOUGH MODELING, because with the soft dough the risk of modeling small DRUGS is a moment... And I promptly return to it. ALWAYS. Because I can't say no. But this time, I SWEAR... and above all NEVER AGAIN such big and tall cakes in summer. This cake took years of my life, anxiety on the go... not to mention the transportation I had to make to the location... But here it is, in its 90 cm of splendor, the CoCoMelon themed cake for Leonardo's 1st birthday!
