Molded and embellished unicorns.  The layer under the carousel is hollow faux cake with a turn table inside, it actually turns the carousel top.  Bottom layer is 12 inch cake,  top is 9 and 6 inch hexagon layers carved to shape.   Gumpaste flowers and modeling chocolate/fondant molds.
