A truly personal cake for my work friend Gill's husband 60th Birthday. Two tiers of vanilla sponge cake with buttercream and strawberry jam filling. Covered in of course white chocolate ganache and fondant. The photos were not edible, and were carefully chosen by the family. The newspaper was wafer paper and a nod to Pauls time as an editor. The Hurley stick and shamrocks in the topper, were for Pauls Irish connection. The music note board, for his love of music and of course the top tier dedicated to his beloved Westham!
