This giant starbucks coffee cup cake was made for my daughter's, a store manager, birthday!  The bottom layers are 7 and 8 inches and the top two are 9.  a little bit of light sculpting, iced upside down, frozen slightly, turned back upright and then wrapped with white modeling chocolate.  The "coffee" is a disk of dark candy melts that I re melted the top multiple times to bring the cocoa butter to the surface.  I made the label on picmonkey and printed it with an edible image printer.  Her favorite color is purple and favorite flower is sunflower.  She loved it and shared it with the other kids that worked at her store.
