Profiteroles galore! For those not familiar, profiteroles are simply cream puffs. These particular ones are resting on a bed of flourless hazelnut chocolate cake. Filled with vanilla pastry cream and covered with cocoa gelee. Definitely a decadent treat for any chocoholic!
