This was my third cake competition, and I hope you can remember my 1st cake the firefighter Andy and koala in 2019, and the second cake, Medika the Indigenous Australian girl who stole everyone's hearts last year.
The Elk was created using real cake, hand carved and hand sculpted with a few different mediums and techniques.
Last night Princess Cottongrass and Elk won two titles
1st place - 3d sculpted cakes category
