This was a 25yr anniversary cake I made this week. Its also my first attempt at a Peony! I am pretty happy with how it turned out and the client was thrilled! The cake is 4- 6in layers of vanilla sponge filled with chocolate ganache and covered in Vanilla bean Swiss Meringue Buttercream as requested.
