This cake was for an outdoor Summer wedding, thankfully the weather was still pretty mild in the Valley and the buttercream held just fine.
A kid did end up knocking the cake down 😠but at least the bride and groom were happy with it.Â
It was a brown butter cake with salted caramel and vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream.Â
There were also 4 types of cupcakes available. Cherry chip, N'awlins praline, lemon/blueberr and brown butter with salted caramel
