I get a lot of requests for various versions of Minnie Mouse. I work very hard to make sure they don’t all look just alike. This cake was actually delayed delivery due to a tropical storm. The party was cancelled the morning of the event so the cake was finished. I froze it (wrapped in saran wrap) for a week and the client said it was still delicious!
