The cake is chocolate with cookies n' cream filling between the layers (six), and iced in buttercream, then a coating of chocolate ganache, and finally fondant. Most of the outer fondant work is stiffened with CMC powder and applied in sheets. The main gun is a wooden skewer covered in gum paste, as well as the road wheels and the machine gun.
