Tomahawk Steak and veggies sculpture
A 1/4 sheet chocolate cake with raspberry filling. Iced in buttercream and covered in fondant. The bone is gum paste and was done a few days before so that it would be sufficiently dry. The broccoli, potatoes, and mushrooms are all made from fondant. The salt and pepper are coarse white and black sugar. The parsley is green-tinted coconut. Finally, the board is covered in fondant and textured to look like a wooden tabletop.
