Filled with a lemon variation of Kara's Perfect Vanilla Cake and lemon SMBC, covered in a fondant and modeling chocolate mix, this guy was part of a global caker collaboration. Well, this GAL is. My Facebook followers named this cake and we called it Mr. Nibbles... only late to learn that angler fish that look like this are the females of the species. Oh well. Mister she is. 

A custom-designed and cut cake board designed by my husband with a real light rigged safely inside the cake so the dangley thing lit up when it's dark. Gotta get all the details in there
