In a live, online (Zoom) cake class I spent a week with 12 amazing students who all created their own version of Baby Kraken! Provided with tools list, materials list, recipes and a blueprint, I guided my students through making this cake in their own kitchens. We spent about 2 hours each evening working together and everyone at their own pace to make this cool, gravity-defying cake. Some people worked with their kids or grandkids, some used this as their end-of-night getaway to hang out with other cool cake peeps and work casually on something they loved. We might have also had some grown up drinks... Maybe.
