I know what you’re thinking… “Halloween is over and so are eyeball cake pops.” Well, if you’re like me, you may have picked up a baking kit or two (or three) too many for Halloween. And you may not have gotten all the baking done on your Halloween to-do list. Well, instead of getting rid of my cake pop kit, I decided to make eyeballs work not only for Halloween, but as Thanksgiving cake pops too!
