Our oldest granddaughter turns 26 today. I have made pretty much all her birthday cakes since she was a year old. This is a 6 inch double barrel Mexican chocolate cake with a Mexican chocolate ganache & a brown sugar cinnamon Swiss meringue buttercream. Floral design on cake was done using edible icing sheets. Drip looks somewhat messy b/c I made it too thin. Otherwise I’m pleased with how it came out. I also handcrafted the cake stand. As always, thank you for looking.
