I'm a little late in posting.  This is the cake I created for the Sugar Art for Autism 2022 collaboration.                           
My piece was inspired by the art of Terah Kuykendall. Her multimedia creations are made with various materials such as paints, markers, acrylic and random objects.   

In keeping with Terah’s style,  I created a multimedia garden made of fondant, edible paint, gum paste, layers of patterned wafer paper, and gold leaf.  The bees are layers of gum paste with hand cut patterns, black wafer paper and finished with gold leaf.  The top tier flower is made from wafer paper hydrangea petals, leaves and berry stalks are gum paste.   Thank you for looking :)
