This was from May of last year. It was a huge 16” x 24” chocolate chip cookie cake for my niece’s graduation from Southeastern Louisiana University. She majored in Kinesiology which is the study of the mechanics of human movement and how they impact our health and well being. Her mom works in a school cafeteria & baked the cookie cake but asked if I would decorate it. She wanted a skeleton jumping throwing the cap in the air. The skeleton was made with a chocolate mold using modeling chocolate. The challenge was giving it the movement/illusion of jumping. Border was done with buttercream in the school colors. As always thanks for looking.
