My daughters 7th birthday cake, she is super mario party mad and the brief given was her cake needed to represent all the princesses from the game. Her favorite being Rosalina is the bottom tier, Princess Peach is the second tier and Princess Daisy the top tier furthermore decorated with the Mario theme. The bottom Tier is Double chocolate chip cake with chocolate buttercream filling, second tier is vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream and the top tier is vanilla confetti cake and white chocolate ganache. Each tier has 3 3.5 inch deep layers and I also made 7 matching cupcakes and 6 white chocolate chip cookies iced in a mario theme.
