This cake was made after taking the incredible xmas bauble cake with Michelle Rea….what a class!! I always show myself up in class settings, so when I arrived home I chucked the whole thing in the bin and vowed to try again!! This is the result!! She’s made up from choc mud cakes, held together with a SERIOUS amount of ganache and inner strength!! lol xx
