After missing out on a party last year he finally got it this year, albeit a month later. The theme was Superheroes & I was really pleased how this turned out. Inspired by a cake on Pinterest but changed the middle cake to Spiderman.
Vanilla sponge cakes, filled with vanilla buttercream & seedless jam. Bottom cake covered in chocolate ganache & fondant, middle tier in Buttercream & fondant. Top cake was dairy free made with Flora plant ‘butter’ , filled with Flora plant ‘buttercream’ & jam. covered with fondant. Gust was fondant & Thor’s hammer Rice Crispy Treats mounded & covered with fondant. Figures on cake drum were toys.
