Cendol is an iced sweet dessert that contains droplets of green rice flour jelly, coconut milk and palm sugar syrup. It is commonly found in Southeast Asia. Nyonya kueh too come in different shapes, colours, texture and designs. Some examples are filled, coated, wrapped, sliced and layered. These two delicacies combined made a surprise birthday cake for my grand aunt. I absolutely loved making food realism cakes.
