This is the second piece I made for the Japan -International Cake Collaboration. This was a project I wanted to do for a while. Inspired by the resin painting of Koi Fish, I tried to replicate this art in gelatin also mixing different 3D gelatin techniques and jelly art flowers.
It has several phases of painting and applications all in gelatin and edible.
It took me a while to make it but I think the patience and the result are worth the Japanese theme.
