Piece of forest freshness
I would like to introduce you one of my latest creations. It is a classic “Victoria” cake recipe from the inside. For the flowers and decorations I have used sarachino fondant and modeling chocolate, painted with color air brush. The outside gradient surface is covered with butter ganache and dark chocolate pedals. The cake was designed for the 65th anniversary of male beekeeper, who loves the nature and cares a lot for the environment and the saving of the bees.
