We made this large Christmas tree cake for Leanne, Chris and their new family addition Grayson.
Made as a Christmas/baby shower cake the 5 tier cake consists of a vanilla, white chocolate and raspberry bottom tier. Then a chocolate orange with mixed spice and 3 fruit cake tiers on top of this.
It is decorated with traditional decorations as well as mini milk bottles, dummies, teddy bears, candy canes and little ducks sculpted from sugar.
Surrounding the base are presents made from fudge and a small working toy train with the outside sculpted from sugar circles the base.
Everything is edible other than the LED lights around the cake and the inner workings of the train.
