After such an awful year I wanted to make our Christmas cake which made me smile. Gonks seem all the rage so having seen an idea for the actual cake on Pinterest I knew what my topper was going to be.
Thanks to a tutorial by Shereen’s Cakes & Bakes the Gonk was easy to make.
