This years Christmas cake made for my brother & sister-in-law.
I wanted to do something a little different from the traditional white Christmas cake so this is what I created!
I used the Karen Davies snowflake mould to cover the cake with navy blue sugarpaste & the baubles are made from Callebaut white chocolate & coloured with Colour Mill navy. I also dusted the cake the Faye Cahill pearl white to add a bit of sparkle.
