A 2 tiered creation featuring spots & stripes with a handcrafted gumpaste glitter topper. This was my first time covering a cake in black fondant – the pre coloured Satin Ice worked a treat and was really easy to work with. The cakes were choc filled with choc/orange SMBC (delish!) and white choc mud filled with white choc SMBC. Both finished in ganache before fondant. Thanks for looking :)
