Sue's Birthday Cake 2020

Magnolia (a elaborate version of carrot cake) cake with cream cheese frosting. I tried to pipe flowers to decorate the top, totally without success, so had to settle for poofs.

So pretty, Sandra! Your “poofs” look like little trees and the sugar pearls like falling snow. And if that’s not enough, there’s that gorgeous pink :)

Thanks so much, sweet ladies: Andy, The Garden Baker, Clara, Sweet Arts Cakes, MerMade, and Dimi! I agree the poofs look like evergreen trees. Once I added them and the sanding sugar, my husband and I thought it looked like a winter cake.
