After not making a custom cake for quite some time, I am very happy with how the characters turned out. All were made with fondant with a bit of tylose powder. The cake was dark chocolate with whipped chocolate ganache filling, covered with buttercream. The four year old boy named Freyr was thrilled to receive this cake.
