This is my feeble attempt at a rosette cake. It is swiss chocolate with buttercream frosting. It was for a 50th wedding anniversary.
I love this technique but where can I learn it?
Hey, sorry, I didn’t see this. I used a tutorial from PeggyDoesCake. She has a facebook page, and a blog. I’m not sure of her blog address, but it’s probably the same as her facebook. Hope that helps!! There’s other turorials on facebook as well, maybe even youtube. I’m not sure what the technique is called, I think it’s called a rosette. The tip I used was a large star tip that came with a cupcake decorating set I bought. It’s pretty much big rosette’s.
