Pumpkin spice cake, orange cream cheese filling with toasted pecans, surrounded by a rum buttercream, the big cake was carved and coated in buttercream. The cat was made with modeling chocolate.

Thank you for the nice comments! I don’t get to make cakes and play around with new techniques very often…this was an absolute joyful experience and I’m glad I had an opportunity to make this one for the kids to enjoy.

The cat I have to give credit to Zoe Fancy Cakes, without her tutorial video on YouTube, I don’t think I could have made him. This was my first time with modeling chocolate and it was challenging.
