Made to celebrate the combined birthday of my daughter in law (37) and her youngest son (9 months). This is what I wish them: sunshine, rainbows and colorful sailboats.

This cake did not go according to plan. The plan was to have the sun sitting off the right side of the cake which is why 1/4 is cut out, but do whatever I might the sun had a will of its own and kept tumbling over. This was a last minute solution, but definitely lacks the boldness of the original design.
