A little halloween fun… I made a ghostly gateau last year, and that was probably the last time I made meringues, so thought I’d do it again, and this time the ghosts are floating all over the place. This cake was delicious rich dark chocolate cake (Peggy Porschen recipe – my favourite!) with rich chocolate ganache. The little ones loved it!
