This cake was a great challenge. A friend little boy made sure to ask for a blue atv with a helmet. I made the helmet with cake crumbs and icing sugar mixed together and dunked it in chocolate to get the color i mixed a bit of gel food coloring and silver luster dust to get some shine. The handle bars and luggage rack is made of dark chocolate with black food dye mixed in. The mud was also made with cake crumbs and icing sugar mixed.
