A beautiful white forest cake that I have done. It’s layered with fresh cherries, White chocolate chips and chocolate shavings. I show the the rosette in dark chocolate mousse so it will give a beautiful contrast to the cake. I have also added the white chocolate drip in it.
Cake it frosted with whipped cream.
