Hello everyone! Wow! It’s been a long long time since I’ve been on here. It is so inspiring seeing everyone’s beautiful creations.
Summer and Roses inspired this white on white cake that was layered with blueberry filling. I feel nothing quite says summer like white. However it’s not really white because the butter. Of anyone please has an ideas about how to make buttercream white, please share with me because it would be nice to have a white cake while using natural butter.

Beautiful! I read somewhere that if you add a drop of purple coloring, it will neutralize the yellow to a white. I’ve never tried it though.
