It is always a joy to receive a call of action from Icing Smiles. The cake was created to help celebrate Keagan’s 5th birthday. It is 9″ × 7″ × 5″ of vanilla and chocolate marble cake, filled with chocolate buttercream, frosted with vanilla buttercream, and finished with ganache. All decorations are fondant and gum paste. The original design of La Torta Perfetta was my inspiration.
