My 1st ice cream cake for my son’s 8th birthday. Mirror glazed sun which was actually molded chocolate cake pop, peanut butter ice cream with miniature peanut butter cups, edible chocolate chip cookie dough, peanut butter semi-freiddo, with chocolate ganache and pretzel crust. I know – delicious but it was a bomb! I added white chocolate planets on and around to complete the look and was super happy with the overall result.
